What it is designed to do
When a second source starts firing the same platform ID, report which source rather than just reporting duplicates.
What you can do today
The free tracking checker reads your public pages and reports the same platform ID being initialised more than once, with both code locations excerpted. It cannot see inside a tag manager container — nothing outside the browser can — and it says so.
