Billing, licences and what happens if you stop paying

How is VAT handled, and do I get an invoice?

Freemius is the merchant of record for PixelCapi Pro. That means Freemius handles EU VAT and issues the invoice for your purchase.

How do I activate my licence?

A licence key is issued at purchase and activated from inside the plugin on each site. The number of sites you can activate is what separates the tiers.

What happens when the year is up?

The licence is an annual subscription, so it renews yearly unless you cancel it.

What happens if I cancel?

The plugin keeps working and your tracking keeps running. What stops is the licence: plugin updates and alerts end when the licence does.

Can I get a refund?
