Free vs Pro
What a PixelCapi Pro licence controls, what happens when one lapses, and which parts of the free-versus-paid split are still being decided.
updated
A PixelCapi Pro licence controls one thing: how many sites you can activate it on. Every capability is included at every tier — there are no add-ons and no product limits, and the tiers differ only by site count. The split between the free plugin and Pro has not been finalised yet, and this page says so rather than guessing at it.
What is settled
- Tiers differ only by number of sites. Solo, Business and Agency are the same product.
- No add-ons. You do not buy platforms separately. Meta, Google and TikTok are in the same licence.
- No product limits. Catalogue size does not decide what you pay or what you can track.
- A lapsed licence does not switch tracking off. The plugin keeps working and keeps sending. What stops is the licence: plugin updates and alerts end with it.
- 14-day money-back guarantee, handled by Freemius as the merchant of record.
Current prices are on the pricing page.
What is not settled
Which capabilities sit in the free WordPress.org plugin and which are Pro-only has not been decided. Rather than publish a table that changes next month, the pricing page marks the Free column as unconfirmed and this page does the same.
That is not evasion; it is the same rule the rest of this site follows. A comparison table invented for the sake of having one is worse than no table, because people make purchase decisions from it.
How licensing will work
Licences will be issued and managed through Freemius, which also handles EU VAT and invoices. Activation happens inside the plugin on each site, and the number of activations is what the tier controls.
